Africore fully complies with the Mining Code of the Democratic Republic of Congo, including obtaining required permits and licences, paying mining royalties and taxes, and fulfilling obligations toward local communities.

We apply the OECD Guidelines on Due Diligence for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
